Cookbook: Cherished Tastes of Cha Chaan Teng
A cookbook celebrating Hong Kong Cha Chaan Teng (Hong Kong-style cafe) cuisine. It explores the East-meets-West culinary wisdom behind familiar Cha Chaan Teng dishes, from meat marinades to Western basics like roux and mirepoix. Guided by our belief in cooking without compromise, it encourages readers to take their time, choose quality ingredients, and recreate nostalgic meals at home, free from the trade-offs of eating out.
